This is our third time booking with Jessica to take care of our kitty. I love that we found Jessica because I can go on vacation worry-free knowing my zazu will be taken care of! She sends detailed updates and pictures which help put my mind at ease. Will continue to book Jessica for future trips!!

It was so easy to set up the reservation. Jess came over in advance and we had a detailed discussion of the cats’ habits and likes/dislikes. I was impressed with her thorough list of questions- she’s clearly thought it all out and anticipated all possibilities. Every day while I was gone, she texted me a full accounting of how much they ate and what they were up to, sent pictures, cleaned their litter boxes. I felt very happy with the whole arrangement and confident that she was taking great care of my two cats.

Amazing! This was our first time with a cat sitter that wasn’t family. From the first interaction we knew we were in good hands and made the best decision. Jessica was thorough in the initial meeting and walk through, checked in right before our trip, and then followed up after we got back home. The absolute best parts though were the daily updates during each visit with our elderly kitty. We were updated on food, water, behavior, medication, and bathroom habits, which as a pet owner are so important. You can tell that Jessica just loves caring for pets and is professional, prompt, and kind to boot!

Jessica is the best sitter for our two boys. Great communication, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, our cats are not stressed when we get back so we can relax more when we need to get away.

If there were an option to leave a 10/5 rating, I would, but alas, a 5 will have to do! Jess is honestly the most exceptional and wonderful thing that has ever happened to our Kitty. She is, and I can't emphasize this enough, WORTH EVERY PENNY. Starting with the initial phone call, Jess asked a lot of questions and we just had such a great connection right away. I immediately felt comfortable having her in my home. Jess came for a very thorough meet and greet, she brought a note book and was prepared with questions. She was incredibly thorough and by the end of her visit even had me crying about how much I love my cat and how grateful I was for her 😂 We were gone for 8 days and Jess came by twice a day. On each visit we got a least one really nice quality photo (some of the best we've ever had of Kitty!), a detailed update and we even got an animated Christmas card featuring our queen on Christmas Day that brought us to tears! Our cat is spicy and shy, but Jess is so good with cats that Kitty was sitting on her lap by the last day of our trip!! When we got home after a long, nearly 12 hour travel day, our house was spotless and tidy, our Kitty was chatty and so happy and Jess even left a welcome home surprise for us! I would seriously recommend Jess to ANYONE but especially those who have babies that you may worry about when you're gone. Trust me, you'll have the best vacation of your life because you won't have a SINGLE worry about your beloved babies back home if Jess is taking care of them ♥️♥️ We love you Jess!! Kitty misses you already!

Moving to a new state, I was worried about finding a new cat sitter. I hit the JACKPOT with Jessica! She was very thorough during our meet and greet, taking notes of all the things that we talked about to care for my fur babies. this was the first time I have traveled in a few years; my cat is 21 years old, is on a daily pill, & eats 3-4 small meals (wet food) a day for his presumed GI lymphoma. I was so grateful to meet Jessica, she really eased my anxiety about leaving him for a few days - she sent me texts, pics, asked questions, & loved my cat 🐈 she came 3x/day to see him & feed him & love him - this was such a blessing!! highly recommend Jessica & will be using her for future travels 💙🙌💙

Jessica was a fantastic sitter for our 2 elderly kitties! She provided detailed daily updates and photos on how they were doing and followed the instructions we had perfectly. I have two cats, one is really shy and Jessica managed to make both feel really comfortable from the start. I was on a cruise and didn’t have cell service but Jessica still managed to send me updates with a lot of pictures of both cats and sometimes video. whenever I go away, I’m always in two places because in the back of my mind I’m worried about my cats, but I never worried with Jessica. I was able to fully enjoy my vacation and trust that my cats were in good hands and well taken care of.

Jessica was terrific! Since this was our first time using Meowtel, we scheduled a "meet and greet" a few days before we left on our trip. Jessica was highly knowledgeable about cats, having several of her own, and asked us a number of excellent questions we had not considered about our cat's possible needs while we were away. During our trip, Jessica followed all of our instructions and sent us a picture of our happy cat each time she visited. Jessica was absolutely amazing! We were so nervous to leave our fur baby 8 month old kittens and immediately those fears were alleviated at the meet and greet with Jessica! She asked questions, took notes, and followed up in the days leading up to our vacation. My wife and I are so lucky to have Jessica sit our two boys. She is so thorough, detailed and caring with our cats. One of them is very shy with strangers and often does spiteful things when we leave for long periods. Jessica was an amazing cat sitter! We were initially nervous leaving our new cat alone for the first time, but she kept us updated with pictures every time she visited, and it was clear our little guy was having a great time! She did an awesome job getting to know his schedule and needs, and found ways to engage with him to keep him having fun (he's a busy little guy)!

Every time I go out of town I ask Jess to sit for my cat Maxx. He absolutely loves Jess. This was the first time she had to give Maxx medication and she did a fabulous job even though they were ear drops. Maxx always looks forward to seeing Jess even when she has to give him medicine.

My boy Maxx loves when Jess comes to visit him. She does a great job making sure he gets some playtime and cuddles during each visit. The pictures and video updates reassure me that my cat is always in good hands when I have to take a trip. I’m so glad I found Jess and so is Maxx.

leaving my last review for Jess, as we just moved out of south Jersey 😭. when we were looking for new places, we specifically looked at homes within Jess's radius (unfortunately there were none that checked our boxes), thats how much we loved her! To us, our cat Kitty, is equivalent to a child. Having someone who treated her with the same respect and revere as we did was such a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend her enough, truly, and if we ever move back to South Jersey, we'll immediately book a vacation just to use her again 😍. A truly lovely human being, I'm so jealous of all of the kitties that get to call her their Auntie!
