She was booked to care for our two young cats during our upcoming vacation when, out of the blue, our 4-year-old cat Maggie was diagnosed with FOPS (feline orofacial pain syndrome). This condition can cause constant pawing at the face and severe chewing of the tongue, lips, inner cheeks, or gums. Maggie needed two transdermal medications twice a day, and we thought we’d have to cancel our non-refundable trip. I explained the situation to Sarah, who asked about the diagnosis and treatment and requested to observe me applying the medication. We met a second time, and she reassured me she could handle it. Since Maggie was responding well to treatment, we decided to go ahead with the trip. While we were away, Sarah sent videos of her applying the medication and reassured us that Maggie was behaving normally, along with photos of feeding time and playtime. Everything was spotless when we returned, and — most importantly — both cats clearly had a wonderful time with her. They gave her head-butts and curled up in her lap. Sarah is simply the best cat sitter we’ve ever had, and we recommend her wholeheartedly.

I was so happy to have Sarah look after Ponzu and Dashi again. She did such a fantastic job the first time that I had no hesitation booking her again, even though since then my boy, Ponzu, has been diagnosed with diabetes and now needs insulin twice a day. Sarah looked after them like they were her own. She came at the right times every day to give Ponzu his insulin, made sure they were fed, gave them plenty of attention, cuddles and playtime, and sent me so many photos and updates that I never had to wonder how they were doing. She even went above and beyond by bringing some of her own cat toys to keep them entertained and give them some extra enrichment, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. She also noticed the weather was going to be hot and made sure the air conditioning and fans were on so they stayed comfortable while I was away. When I came home, the litter boxes were spotless, she’d swept up around them, and honestly the apartment looked like she’d left it in better condition than I usually do myself! Sarah is reliable, caring, thoughtful and clearly loves animals. I can absolutely see why she has so many repeat clients - she’s an absolute gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can completely trust with their pets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sarah did such an amazing job caring for my 2 year old cat Meeka while I was away for 5 nights. Meeka is definitely more of the anxious type and Sarah was super patient with her each visit, taking the time to sit with and play with Meeka as much as she could. She was very thorough with daily check ins, which made me feel comfortable and confident leaving Meeka in her care all week. I came home to find the food bowls, litter box and floor all kept clean as well. I highly recommend Sarah as your next cat sitter!

Sarah went above and beyond! She somehow managed to get one of our skittish cats to come out from hiding and eat with the others, which no other cat sitter has been able to do. She was also able to get one of our other cats to take his medication, which he tends to refuse when we aren't around. We were incredibly grateful, and would definitely recommend.

Sarah was fantastic with our two cats while we were away for a few days. They had literally just moved into a new place and weren’t getting along, so we had to keep them separated the entire time. It wasn’t the easiest setup, but Sarah handled it so well and made us feel completely at ease. She was incredibly kind and gentle with both of them, made sure they each got lots of love and attention, kept their spaces clean, tidied their litter boxes, and was just generally so thoughtful and caring. One of the things we appreciated most was all the updates. Sarah sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the stay, which was such a comfort given how stressed the cats had been with the move. It was obvious she genuinely cared about them and took the time to make sure they were both happy and comfortable. We came home to two well-looked-after cats and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll absolutely be booking with Sarah again the next time we have to go away. Sarah was wonderful! Sarah couldn't have been any more awesome. Took her time to meet our baby Luni and ask questions. Luna is more of a difficult cat and doesn't get along with everyone, but Sarah made sure to work on gaining her trust each day she visited, and by the end of it, Luni was letting her pet her. She played with her, fed her treats, and took some really great photogenic pictures of our baby every day. She was amazing at communicating with us even while we were 6 hours ahead in Europe. Whenever we travel again, we will certainly call Sarah to come be our sitter. Seriously couldn't not recommend more!
