What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been assisting people in taking care of their feline friends for over 20 years in many different professional capacities-- including behavior work in animal shelters, veterinary medicine, cat sitting, and emergency veterinary medicine. I have also worked with countless feline lovers and guardians through these positions.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I am passionate about all things cat related so just spending time with kitties, enriching their experience, and connecting with fellow feline lovers are great benefits! I also take pride in doing everything possible to make your kitties experience as stress free as possible and to meet and exceed all your expectations.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes! My feline friend is a feisty fellow named “Reznor”. I adopted him many years ago from a local shelter and I completely adore him. He's a very confident guy who only does things on his terms. He is full of personality and some might say some of his quirks have a little "spice" to them so to speak. I also regularly foster kitties in need of a forever home. Usually I take on behavior cases but sometimes medical as well. My current foster was named "The Prez" by the shelter he needed busted out of and he is really coming out of his shell now that his medical quarantine is up. He's very playful but also incredibly sweet and affectionate.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
