Above and beyond! Karina maintained amazing communication, kept a really regular schedule, and managed to broker peace between my mature cat and my crazy kitten. On top of everything, I returned from my travels to a tidy home. I can't say enough about what a positive experience I had. I would recommend Karina in a heartbeat. My neighbors also had nice things to say about her. :)

I'm so glad I found Karina for my Ryuk ! he's kind of a silly guy and he's been a little standoffish with pet sitters in the past but he must've felt at ease with Karina. He has hyperthyroidism and we think hyperesthesia that he takes meds for and she was wonderful taking care of him. She gave amazing videos and pictures so I knew Ryuk was having a good time !! and also gave me a report of the visit after. I feel like I can go on vacation without worries !!! thank you Karina I know Ryuk would love to see you next time !!

Karina was above and beyond in all ways possible! my cat loved her at first sight, she consulted me on an ongoing litterbox problem, was so loving towards my cat that my 3-day leaved could not have been better in terms of cat concerns. This is my second time coming right back to Karina, because my somewhat shy-tempered kitty loved her immediately. When we returned I could see in her eyes she was reassured and warmly taken care of. Karina thinks for her like her own cat, viewing her environment to imagine what might be best for her, and do things out of her expected responsibility to absolutely ensure their comfort. I am so moved by her, and Yubi (my kitten) and I are forever helped by her. Thank you, and I will keep coming back to Karina as long as I live in nyc. I'm so grateful for this Meowtel service and the chance to connect with Karina in this way!! Thank you!!

It was obvious from the many images and videos that my cats loved and trusted her. They played, they showed their bellies, and were even comfortable enough to use the box in front of her! I came home to happy babies and that makes traveling feel easier.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
