Far beyond her much appreciated knowledge of cat care, Diana, as a vet tech, has also a gift for conveying love, and for generating trust. Diana so diligently, lovingly, cares for my sweet son, Roy, as she expertly tackles his stubborn mats. Diana’s loving empathetic care is clearly evidenced as she tackled Harley’s most recent episode of raging poopy butt. I am ever grateful for all of her kind, loving support!

let me write this backwards: when I was finally back home, my cats looked at me “oh, just you, mommy…. but where is Diana?? we want Diana!!” it was so very funny! now, my heartfelt thank-you review: Diana was watching my kitties overnight, as they were never before left alone for that long, and I could not bear a thought of stressing them that much. both of my cats are shy, especially the 6,5 years old former colonial cat-on-patrol rescue. this kitty, Kuzya, after 4+ years of living with me not once let my daughter approach him closer than 6feet. ish. yet, he was playing with Diana! they both where! not just showing up, but communicating! Diana was updating me about the everything, no matter how small it was, with photos and all important details. by some magic, even my house was cleaner when I came back. but most importantly: I do. it take too many trips, but if my daughter was watching them - they were mad at me for couple of days, you know how cats attitude you :) but - they were right out, welcoming me back! and asking why I did not come with Diana!

Diane is a true heaven-sent blessings, for me, as well as for each of my four precious feline treasures. Diana, endowed not only with empathy , but also with a profound affinity for cats, cheerfully provides genuine, loving supportive care in everything from grooming to maintaining drinking fountains, and well-used “potty boxes”, to helping me with difficult to manage tasks (due to my recent shoulder replacement ). Most especially, I am grateful for the tender bond, forged between Diana and with each of my precious treasures; especially with my sweet son, Roy; whose sheep-wool mats, Diana lovingly and gently removes. Diana was absolutely amazing. She came to do a meet and greet before my vacation. Something about Diana made my cats instantly fall in love with her! She spent time socializing with them and answering any questions I had before my trip. During my trip, I felt so at ease and didn’t expierence an ounce of anxiety.
