We knew from the moment we met her at the meet and greet we chose the right person but wow did she go above and beyond for us and our Georgie boy. From feedings to insulin injections to cleaning the litter box and genuine love and care in between like cleaning out his eyes and pets n cuddles. She sent daily updates and pictures and gave us peace of mind the entire week we were gone. I cant wait to go on vacation again bc of Kimberly. 10/10 would reccomend her services to anyone looking to leave their furball in safe and trusting hands. Thank you Kimberly!!!!!!!!!"

"5/5 ⭐️ Somayah was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We hit it off immediately, and I felt completely comfortable with her caring for my cats. She took the time to come by for a meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know both me and my cats, which I really appreciated and showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. During the visits, she was incredibly thorough and caring - making sure they had plenty of playtime, treats, clean litter, and lots of attention. She kept me updated with detailed messages and the sweetest photos/videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about their comfort and happiness rather than just “checking in” on them. One of my cats can be a little shy at first, but Somayah was so patient and gentle that they both warmed up to her so quickly. You can tell she truly loves animals and understands their personalities. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would trust her again in a heartbeat. "This was the first time we left our cats for longer days and Maryanne was amazing taking care of our 3 kitties. She really gave us a peace of mind being able to enjoy our vacation for a couple of days knowing the cats were in great hands. She communicated with us everyday and sent lots of photos and updates. One of our cat who is afraid of strangers was drawn to her and was coming out to get some love. Her energy is great and they felt it. We came back home and everyone was in happy spirits and content. She brushed him, showing him love and his coats looks soft and beautiful. Denisse also came as scheduled during a snow storm not missing any visits. "I usually have my mom cat sit for me while traveling but she wasn’t available for an upcoming trip. I decided to give Meowtel a try and after searching the local sitters I saw Natalie’s profile and really liked it. We set up a meet and greet and to my surprise we recognised eachother! It really put me at ease and she did a great job taking care of my 10 year old himi. She checked in and sent pics and actually got her to come out which surprised me because she usually hides (even from my mom lol) I will definitely be hiring Natalie whenever I need a sitter going forward!"

"Gelan was incredibly communicative, reliable and thorough with my boys. She did a great job being super attentive and asking great questions, while she took notes the whole time. She even noticed that I had outdated instructions in the app for my cats medication dosage comparatively to what i verbally told her, she called it out to confirm and identified an area that could have caused mishandling but instead she noticed it immediately. We love Gelan’s reliability and attention to detail and we will be using her again!"
