"Kimberly was absolutely incredible. She stepped in on very short notice when we were dealing with multiple family emergencies, and truly went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she take amazing care of our cats, but she made sure they were happy and comfortable—spending time playing with them and giving them plenty of attention. It was clear from the updates and photos she sent that they absolutely loved her, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. On top of that, she even brought in our mail, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Her communication was consistent and reassuring throughout, and we always felt like our cats were in the best hands. We can’t recommend Kimberly highly enough.
