Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 3 kitties myself. Jeter is 13 years old and loves to lounge put. Buddy is approximately the same age and he loves to play even if he has one eye only. Ortin is my little baby and she just turned two. She is a little menace but funny to watch.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am available on holidays. My family lives close to me so I do not travel for the holidays.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Every cat has a different personality. Listening to their owners who know them best would be my first step. While approaching any cat I know it's best to kneel down and get on their level and let them come to you. If they don't come to you then it's best to let them be until they are more comfortable with you. Depending on the instructions of the owners, I would try giving them treats or try to play with them if they have toys.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
