I currently have one cat, a white-with-gray-patches girl named Vivi who I adopted from a shelter more than 5 years ago. She is the calmest, sweetest kitty and I love her so much! In my childhood I had 2 cats named Bubba and Lola, and they really made me love cats and everything about them.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Make sure no doors or unsecured windows are left open, and be very careful when entering and leaving the house. Make sure the temperature of the home is comfortable, and that there are no accessible hazards like cleaning chemicals or certain plants near the cats. I would also follow any directions left by homeowner for any specific precautions.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Let them have their space and not insist on interacting with me, give them treats if they’ll let me, and move around the house quietly and not make too much noise unnecessarily.

This was my third time booking Nneena, and she continues to impress! My cats absolutely love her, and get so excited when she comes over! One of my cats is usually very shy and hides when strangers come in, but she absolutely adores Nneena and becomes really social! I tend to worry about my cats when I leave them, but Nneena always provides daily updates and makes me feel so comfortable. Now I never have to worry about my cats’ care!

Nneena was excellent! This was our first time leaving our cat for a big trip (two weeks), we were hesitant that our cat would get along with someone new. Nneena was able to work her magic and got along with our cat after only a couple visits! Having her around to keep our cat comfortable really helped us feel at ease. I would highly recommend, 10/10.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
