She played with my cat, shared adorable photos, and helped keep her routine very close to her usual, which kept stress low. Jackie was super attentive to our two cats Soba and Miso! She went the extra mile while we were out of town and helped check on our apartment for a beeping noise and worked with concierge to schedule work order. She gave Soba and Miso play and cuddle time and they both enjoyed a nice treat as well as a new cat toy!

Jackie is a very diligent, responsible, caring, attentive and empathetic cat sitter. My cat Trixie is elderly and suffers a few tricky health conditions but Jackie handled everything perfectly, from preparing and administering multiple types of medication and tending to her specific dietary needs. She truly cared for Trixie as if it were her own cat. She also gave frequent and thorough updates and strategized with me on how to keep Trixie comfortable. I would absolutely have Jackie sit again!
