We had a slight toilet leak and she rushed over to make sure the cats were okay and helped clean up until my family arrived to take care of the fix. She took the time to come by for a meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know both me and my cats, which I really appreciated and showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. During the visits, she was incredibly thorough and caring - making sure they had plenty of playtime, treats, clean litter, and lots of attention. She kept me updated with detailed messages and the sweetest photos/videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about their comfort and happiness rather than just “checking in” on them. One of my cats can be a little shy at first, but Somayah was so patient and gentle that they both warmed up to her so quickly. You can tell she truly loves animals and understands their personalities. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would trust her again in a heartbeat. "We had a wonderful experience with May while we were out of the country from April 2–6. We have three cats—Dusty, Cream, and Bailey—and she took exceptional care of all of them. Bailey is a recent rescue from our yard and is still not very socialized, so we were especially appreciative of how patient and attentive May was with him. She made sure he was fed properly and even managed to send us photos of him, which gave us great peace of mind. May visited twice daily, consistently feeding the cats, cleaning their litter boxes, and sending updates with pictures after each visit. She also checked in when she arrived and when she left, which made us feel very secure while we were away. On top of that, she went above and beyond by bringing in our mail and packages each day. And as a bonus, she captured an absolutely amazing photo of Dusty standing on just his two back legs—a true keeper! We felt completely confident that our cats and our home were in excellent hands with May. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and are already planning to use her for upcoming trips."

It really put me at ease and she did a great job taking care of my 10 year old himi. She checked in and sent pics and actually got her to come out which surprised me because she usually hides (even from my mom lol) I will definitely be hiring Natalie whenever I need a sitter going forward!"

She catered to the different personalities of my 2 cats! Natalie also kept in consistent communication regarding her visits and sent photos every day. She also helped by bringing in some packages and checking for water when it rained heavily, which was going above and beyond for us. I would absolutely work with Natalie again in a heartbeat and plan to moving forward!"
