"Kimberly is sensational! She charmed both of our boys, including an extremely shy baby panther who takes a very long time to warm up to pretty much anyone else. He was literally eating out of her hand on the first visit (wld not have believed it had there not been pics, he really is so shy!) Kimberly was an excellent communicator and sent amazing photographs. We are very nervous parents and we were completely at ease after the first update. The kitties were completely calm and normal when we came back - no adjustment time and no surprise piles of throw up from nervousness. We wld happily work w Kim again! 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you!! 🖤🖤🖤"

I am so happy I did. The meet and greet put me at ease immediately. She was thorough, competent and clearly cared about the cats. Her daily updates were very detailed, thoughtful, and loaded with photos. I genuinely looked forward to them every day. "Denisse was wonderful with my Oliver. He is very shy and she managed to get him to come out from his hiding spot for food, treats and pets. She brushed him, showing him love and his coats looks soft and beautiful. Denisse also came as scheduled during a snow storm not missing any visits. "I usually have my mom cat sit for me while traveling but she wasn’t available for an upcoming trip. I decided to give Meowtel a try and after searching the local sitters I saw Natalie’s profile and really liked it. We set up a meet and greet and to my surprise we recognised eachother! It really put me at ease and she did a great job taking care of my 10 year old himi. She checked in and sent pics and actually got her to come out which surprised me because she usually hides (even from my mom lol) I will definitely be hiring Natalie whenever I need a sitter going forward!"

"Joyce was great with my two carts. She was very thorough in our meet and greet and had great questions (clearly has experience and knows what to ask watching other’s cats!) My cats have tendency of throwing up what they eat, and I was hoping they would be good for the week Joyce stopped by. Unfortunately she got stuck cleaning up their throw up several times and always reported about it. She also brought in our packages and generally was great about watching our place. Would definitely trust her to watch my girls again."

She even noticed that I had outdated instructions in the app for my cats medication dosage comparatively to what i verbally told her, she called it out to confirm and identified an area that could have caused mishandling but instead she noticed it immediately. We love Gelan’s reliability and attention to detail and we will be using her again!"
