Thatās why I take a slow, patient approach ā letting your cat set the pace while keeping their routin... Hi! Iām a lifelong cat lover and proud cat mom to an 8-year-old boy who has been my best friend for years. After living with cats on and off my whole life, Iāve developed a deep understanding of how they think ā especially the shy and anxious ones.
I know how stressful it can be to leave your cat, especially if they take time to warm up to new people. Thatās why I take a slow, patient approach ā letting your cat set the pace while keeping their routine as normal as possible in the comfort of their own home.
Every visit includes fresh food and water, dedicated playtime and enrichment, gentle brushing if your cat is up for it, and photo updates so you can see for yourself that theyāre doing great. Whether your cat greets me at the door or watches suspiciously from behind the couch, Iām here for all of it.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I rescued Victor from the shelter in 2022. Heās a 15 pound big gray tabby that is the sweetest boy. Heās super mellow and doesnāt like to be picked up but never hisses or scratches or growls. Heās so patient but a diva!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Before anything else, I love to have a conversation to get to know you and your cat a little. If it would make you feel more comfortable, Iām always happy to do a meet and greet beforehand ā itās a great chance for your cat to get a sniff of me before Iām suddenly showing up in their space! Iāll ask about the basics ā feeding schedule, any dietary needs, your vetās info, and emergency contacts ā but I also really want to know about your catās personality and quirks. Are they a velcro cat or more of an āIāll come to you when Iām readyā type? Any hiding spots I should know about? That kind of detail helps me give them the most comfortable, familiar experience possible. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease from day one.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
The safety of your cat and your home is always my top priority. A few things Iām always mindful of: When entering and leaving, Iām very careful about open doors ā I make sure your cat is away from the entryway before I come in or head out, so thereās no chance of an accidental escape. Unless youāve explicitly told me otherwise, I treat every cat as an indoor-only cat. Each visit I do a check of your catās usual spots ā including any hiding places youāve told me about ā to make sure theyāre accounted for and doing well. If anything seems off, whether itās their behavior, appetite, or anything around the home, Iāll let you know right away. Iād always rather over-communicate than have you come home to a surprise. I also make sure your home is securely locked up after every visit. Youāre trusting me with your space.

Yes i can be available most holidays with sufficient notice š¾āØAs long as i know well in advance for major holidays this is an option
What is your favorite cat toy?
Love a fuzzy ball for chasing, laser pointers ALWAYS fun! Catnip toys for zoomiez for the win! Also wands with fun toys at the end.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
