Every cat’s space is their own, as well as yours, and I like to make it a point for you as well as them to know I respect that! Bonding with cats is a two way street, and respecting their space while letting them get to know you is a rewarding experience. Anything they, or you need, I am available to chat with and provide !
In regards to medical care, I have experience with eye & ear drops, oral medications both pill and syringe administration, feline CPR, and experience caring for my own elderly cats with conditions including cancer, thyroid issues, breathing limitations, and eye conditions. Every cat is a little creature in their own ways, and all of them deserve the best care they can have, which I always make sure they receive <3!

truly, when I say every cat is a whimsical little creature in their own ways. all of their personalities can be so drastically different, and their interactions as well! I love getting to meet them and learn their quirks, personality traits, and how they interact with the world around them. they never fail to make me smile
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
One of my first cat sitting gigs back into the game, was for an adorable 6month old kitten and his first time cat parent. They had absolutely no idea how it would go, and neither did I, but that little guy is my absolute favorite<3 He was so energetic, made me laugh as I hadn’t been around a kitten in a while, and warmed up to me straight away so much so that his parent was wondering how I did it haha! I even came over for a last minute sitting they needed three days after wisdom tooth surgery just to play with him because I adore that little guy and his parents so much, they were so sweet !
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I do! Currently I have three cats, their names are Tinkerbell (16) whom I’ve had since I was a child and is my literal soulmate, Willy (who I’ve nicknamed sir williamson the third, or wills for short) (11), and Eliza (11) who is a pure ball of nothing but fluff with one brain cell. Throughout my life I’ve had plenty more, including my parent’s cats from my childhood Mittens and Snickers. Then there’s my own childhood pets who’ve passed in recent years including Snowball (an absolute slinky), Chickenwire (my personal fav name), and Butterscotch (aka old man, who lived to the ripe age of 20)! I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to love on all these little weirdos, and have them as apart of my life <3 through their craziness and all over the place personalities there’s never been a dull moment

Laura is hands-down fantastic. This was my first experience with Meowtel, and the first time I’ve had someone other than a family member or close friend look after my cats. Let me just say that I will only leave Laura in charge of my cats from this point forward. Laura sent the most thoughtful, detailed daily updates, along with tons of pictures (the best when you’re far from home), and left a beautiful thank you note, printed photos of each of my cats, and even cute cat stickers! Smoothly. it was such a relief to know that my mom's cats were genuinely taken care of when we had to go on a last minute emergency trip to an out of town doctor. Laura came & stayed as scheduled. She even did extra things that weren't asked for & that was so comforting & helpful. She pays attention to the kitties & she "gets" cats... their quirks, behaviors & habits. Anyone can love a dog but it takes character to love a cat and Laura has character.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Henderson cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!

Laura was AMAZING!!!! She took exceptional care of my boy. She fed him, gave him fresh water, cleaned his bowls and his mess, cleaned the litter boxes and took care of all the little details like I would. She was the best with my boy!!! She would have conversations with him, brush him, entertain him, keep him engaged and of course all the pets he wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
