Even though I have a dog (and I love her!) I’ve always been a cat person. Cats have been a part of my life since I was young. I love their attitudes an... I’ve always had a love for all animals, especially cats! I’ve been helping out friends with house sitting their fur babies for over 10 years. I’ve administered medications, cleaned litter boxes, and kept cats company when their owners were on vacation. I willl treat your kitties with the care and love that they deserve!
Even though I have a dog (and I love her!) I’ve always been a cat person. Cats have been a part of my life since I was young. I love their attitudes and the fact that they really do whatever they want 😅
I have one cat named Tali. She is the chonkiest, softest tabby on the block! I recently lost my 18 year old black cat named Jonsi and had him since he was about 6 weeks old. I am comfortable around all cats, kittens & senior cats.
I have house sat and checked in on friends’ cats for over 10 years, plus have experience with my own cats. I can give medications, clean litter boxes, play, and snuggle with your fur babies!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve had over 10 years experience with pet sitting cats. I have watched my friends’ cats as well as family friends’ cats. I also have had 2 cats for over 15 years, so I am used to all cat related things including cleaning litter boxes, interacting, feeding, and playing with cats.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Cat sitting gives me an opportunity to hang out with a cat that has a different personality than my pets at home and that can be rewarding and fun to see. I also like knowing that I give my clients the peace of mind that their cat is safe and loved with me.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
With shy cats I will usually entice them with a treat or a toy and give them time to come out on their own. I will talk to them sweetly and give them space if needed.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
