Avi was so sweet and kind, and extremely communicative in letting me know when she had arrived, everything she had done during her visit (like giving them wet food, refilling their water, etc.) with so many pictures (which I loved and really appreciated), and then let me know when she left. She took the time both before, during and after the meet & greet to ask excellent detailed questions about care for my senior cat, answer any questions i had as well and showed great interest in her health and well being. She was even willing to feed my fish and (plants if i had had any). She sent just the right amount of daily check ins with photos , ncarefully noting any changes to eating or litter box habits and went above and beyond to clean up and care for my very messy critter, planning visits just right to maximize time around my flights. She showed love and caring detail as if my pets were her own. The whole process was smooth and seamless and i would not hestitate to leave my pets in her care again in the future for more travel plans! Thank you Julie!"
