This was our first long trip away from our two 1-year-old cats, Yumi and Yoshi, and Heather gave us complete peace of mind. She sent thoughtful daily updates with the sweetest photos (seriously, she takes the best pictures!) and always kept us informed about how they were doing. It’s obvious she genuinely cares for animals, and our cats absolutely love her. During our trip, our Litter-Robot alerted us to an issue, and Heather was kind enough to stop by quickly to take care of it, which we really appreciated. Heather is responsible, reliable, friendly, and treats our cats like they’re her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be booking with her again. The absolute BEST new "Kitty Auntie" in town! 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heather was a total dream-come-true for my two rescues, Daisy and Tiger Win! I was away for a week and she officially became their favorite new family member. Every single day, I looked forward to the daily photo updates she sent. Not only did she strictly stick to their morning schedule, but she went above and beyond—she played with them, showered them with love, and even gave them a major spa day! She brushed them so thoroughly that she managed to get all of their heavy winter coats out. Tiger Win was in absolute heaven and completely fell in love with her! When my husband and I walked through the door early in the morning after our long trip back from Florida, we were greeted by two incredibly happy, healthy, and relaxed cats. Their food bowls were perfectly managed, and their litter boxes were pristine. Heather is professional, incredibly kind, completely reliable, and a true animal lover. She even safely returned my key on the final day of the booking without a single hitch. I can’t thank her enough for giving me total peace of mind for my birthday trip. We planned our first vacation since getting our new kitty and went to Meowtel to find a sitter. Heather was our first choice and it worked out great. Loki had become a fussy eater and Heather managed to keep him healthy and happy. On our first day back we found him going to the front door at her usual visit times!!

I just love the amazing sitter Heather! She not only took care of my little kitties, but she took the trash to the curb when it was time. She even vacuumed my cat towers too!
