She made sure their water bowls and dry food bowls were always full and she fed them wet food a few times a day. Jay communicated with me via pictures and texts daily and I can tell you that that was very comforting to me. I would definitely hire Jay to take care of my kitties again."

She sent thoughtful daily updates with the sweetest photos (seriously, she takes the best pictures!) and always kept us informed about how they were doing. It’s obvious she genuinely cares for animals, and our cats absolutely love her. During our trip, our Litter-Robot alerted us to an issue, and Heather was kind enough to stop by quickly to take care of it, which we really appreciated. "our cat son Mr. James has always been a picky eater.. not food motivated, super skinny guy. The last time we went on a trip for only two days, he stopped eating & drinking. We had to call the vet and it was really scary. So as you can imagine we were apprehensive about this trip. on top of our nerves, I forgot to leave the hide a key 🔑!! I realized it 3 hours from home. I was frantically texting Roman trying to figure out how to use our app and let him in. I just want to thank Roman for being so patient with us, answering my texts even though preferred method is to use the app. He was kind enough to send photos and communications all via text message so I wouldn’t miss them. Mr. James ate well while we were gone this time and seemed very content. normally when we come home from trips, he’s usually kind of a bad boy when we got home this time all was well! We truly appreciate everything Roman to go above and beyond for us. Thanks again. Roman talk soon!! 🩵☺️🐱"
