She followed all of my instructions perfectly, was extremely organized, and kept me updated with plenty of pictures throughout her time with him. Tux seemed to absolutely love her. Honestly, when I came back, it felt like he loved her more than me because he didn’t even want to leave her! 😂 It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. She makes sure their water fountain is clean and filled, changes the Litter-Robot bag frequently, checks that the robot is functioning properly, and even looks around for any accidents and cleans them up. What I appreciate most, though, is how genuinely sweet and loving she is with my cats. She doesn’t just come in and complete a checklist—she spends substantial time playing with them, giving them attention and affection, and letting them enjoy some supervised fresh air on the patio. Unfortunately, my daughter no longer lives in the area and I was at a loss of who would take care of them when I travel. Thankfully, I found Megan's bio on Meowtel and thought she looked genuine, sincere, and someone that loves fur babies. After reading her bio and all her positive reviews I reached out to her. We did an initial meet and greet and I knew she was the right person to take care of my boys. I arranged for her to come by 3 times a day. to check in on them. During my 5 day trip Megan sent me briefs of her visits as well as pictures. Her doing so put me totally at easy and all my worries faded away. "our cat son Mr. James has always been a picky eater.. not food motivated, super skinny guy. The last time we went on a trip for only two days, he stopped eating & drinking. We had to call the vet and it was really scary. So as you can imagine we were apprehensive about this trip. on top of our nerves, I forgot to leave the hide a key 🔑!! I realized it 3 hours from home. I was frantically texting Roman trying to figure out how to use our app and let him in. I just want to thank Roman for being so patient with us, answering my texts even though preferred method is to use the app. He was kind enough to send photos and communications all via text message so I wouldn’t miss them. Mr. James ate well while we were gone this time and seemed very content. normally when we come home from trips, he’s usually kind of a bad boy when we got home this time all was well!
