I was very nervous about leaving my cats with a cat sitter. I have had terrible experiences in the past. Brigid is really wonderful, the second i met her i knew she would be competent and able to handle my kitty crew. I felt more at ease going in for my surgery. I decided to extend my recovery stay, and Brigid was able to accommodate me and took great care of my “special needs” cat crew. I would definitely recommend her.

Brigid was amazing from the start! She is literally our fairy-cat-mother. My husband and I were nervous about going away and leaving our two furbies alone. One of our cats (Athena) is super shy, so we knew we had to find the perfect fit. Brigid really did give us the security that we needed to enjoy our trip. She constantly contacted us all throughout the week, including lots of photos and videos. We truly knew that our cats were in good hands. Also, Athena, our shy kitty was able to warm up to Brigid, even greeting her at the door during visits!!! A million stars all the way!

Brigid was so wonderful with my kitties while I was away! Two of them get medications that they hate and she managed to charm them anyway! She even called in and picked up a refill when one of the meds ran out. She sent me lots of pictures and updates and the apartment was so clean when I got home. Thanks so much, Brigid!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
