Dana is an amazing pet sitter! One (of many) standout facts is that she asks for information up front (written guides, visuals of medicine applications etc etc) so that she is prepared. This is on top of the initial meet and greet! She always sends videos of my Gizmo as well as detailed descriptions of his behaviors, and their shared activities. I've used Dana twice now (including with a key for independence) and I would recco her in a heartbeat.
