Constanza helped out at the last minute during the holidays when our flights were cancelled due to snow and we had no one around to feed our two cats! Constanza made me feel very relaxed about leaving my kitties for 6 days. She was very quick to respond (and then confirm) when my booking request was sent and the meet & greet went super smoothly. Key swap, kitty wet / dry food brief, litter cleaning brief, kitty personality brief blah blah cat stuff - she acknowledged and clearly understood how important these things can be to a cat owner. And all details, for both my kitties and my apartment, was handled perfectly and respectfully while I was away. I loved that Constanza sent me daily (sometimes twice daily) text messages, photos and video's with updates on the kitties eating and playing. Constanza truly loves cats and I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who needs assistance with their kitties while traveling. Purrfect, purrfect purrfect!! lol

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
