Wow. Racheline went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure that our diabetic cat was medicated and cared for while we were away for a family funeral. She immediately instilled confidence with her approach and made us feel comfortable leaving him for the first time since he started insulin. She came to the meet and greet with strategies for success and follow ups to best prepare him for our trip. She never missed a shot and always maintained excellent communication. She has given us back the possibility of travel without sacrificing our cat's health. We can't thank or recommend her enough!

Racheline is the first catsitter I’ve ever hired — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was an incredible and dedicated sitter for my 2 boys, and pulled out all the stops (and then some!) to ensure medication was given on time. Updates were timely and comprehensive. She folllowed all of the instructions to a T (4 pages - sorry Racheline 😭). She’s also very very responsive to texts. This was perfect for real-time updates and for my mention of things I’d forgotten to include in the instructions. Racheline is the very best and it's such a weight off our minds that our cats are well taken care of when we are away. On our most recent trip we got stranded 2 extra days, due to extreme weather in NYC and canceled flights. Racheline assured us they would still be able to brave the elements to care for our cats and easily allowed us to book extra days to make sure they were covered. Racheline is like the post office: nothing will keep her from her appointed rounds, including the worst snowstorm in a decade! Our kitty was delivered his much-needed meds on time no matter how treacherous the city got, and Racheline stepped in to add extra visits when our flight home was cancelled. She is THE BEST.

Racheline is the most caring, attentive and consistent sitter you could ask for. We have a very challenging cat with glaucoma that requires several drops a day. He’s also a handful and very mercurial. Racheline had the grit and smarts to figure out how to administer his drops and make sure he got what he needed, even though he resisted wildly. Racheline is a lifesaver! My cat was hospitalized with a new diagnosis of CKD, and I had travel plans at the end of the week. Racheline was able to make a visit on short notice to meet me and my cat, and was a great support in understanding how my cat handles subcutaneous fluids which is a new thing for him. She's like a visiting nurse for cats. Though not technically a vet tech she is super experienced and can handle what your cat needs.

One of my two cats is in the middle of a medical issue and requires medication and feeding twice a day. He's also VERY shy and always hides from strangers. Racheline was able to coax him out and give him his meds without any problems. Judging from the pictures she sent, he seemed calm and perfectly happy to hang with her. A minor miracle! Racheline went absolutely above and beyond in our visit. Mainly needed her help administering medication to my boy and she did great, considering my cat is very very difficult to work with. Racheline stepped in to take over for another sitter that had to cancel while I was already abroad. She did a much better job at keeping me up to date and following my instructions and made friends with my cats even though I wasn’t there to introduce them. She went above and beyond, vacuuming and taking out all cat related trash. One of my cats is elderly and she did a great job keeping up with his meds and feeding both cats appropriately. I’m so grateful to her for stepping in and doing an amazing job!

Really appreciated Rachelines help this week! Despite our vacation being cancelled due to a broken leg, she still offered to help out and it made a world of a difference to have the extra care given to our kitties. Racheline is a cat wizard and a life savior. We were abroad for two weeks and entrusted Racheline with our cats. They are extremely shy - terrified of everyone who is not us. After just a couple of visits, one of our cats, Jupiter, started to be comfortable around her, and by the end of her time with them, he was super happy to see her and be pet by Racheline. Our other cat, Juno, who is even more timid, was able to enjoy her presence. While this is a great remark of our cats' time with Racheline, it is not the biggest highlight of their time together. During our time abroad, Jupiter got sick with a potential blockage. Racheline went above and beyond and took so much care of him, taking him to the ER on New Years, and kindly giving him his meds and love needed. She is a true expert and handled the whole situation incredibly well. Jupiter is doing fine now thanks to her care. We are truly grateful to her!

Racheline is a fantastic cat sitter. My cat Steve has both GI and Heart Disease and needs pills twice a day, so a skilled sitter is a must. She is super patient with both him and my other very shy kitty, and sends both me and my husband detailed updates and photos every time she visits. Oh my goodness, can't say how deeply grateful we were to have Racheline look after our kitty. Where so many sitters, even very experienced ones, would struggle to administer sub-Q fluids, Racheline did so with professionalism and a great bed-side manner (for both our cat and her anxious owners on vacation!). My two cats have very different personalities. My female (Ki) is friendly and confident and my male (Bug) is territorial and shy. Racheline was mindful of their needs based on their personalities; engaging and playing with Ki and respecting Bug’s space while making attempts to soothe him. Although Bug never warmed up to her 100%, he did become less wary of her and this was apparent from the many photos she sent on each visit. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be booking Racheline again!

This was our first time away from our cat Carl since we adopted him in February, and we could not be happier to have had Racheline come and hang out with him while we were out of town for the weekend! She provided comprehensive updates and sent photos as well, which really brought us a lot of comfort, since we weren’t sure how he would do alone. Once again Racheline was an incredible caretaker to our two kitties. Her daily updates were both absolutely delightful and reduced a lot of our anxiety, it’s incredibly helpful to know how our babies are doing every day we’re away! Our shy, weird cats seem to love her and she seems to really get their personalities which we deeply appreciate. We will absolutely be booking with Racheline again, couldn’t be anyone else!

Racheline is simply great. She’s our go to cat sitter, so book her but also she’s ours 😜 Seriously though, she’s reliable, communicative, thoughtful, sends good updates, and has even gotten our extremely shy cat to come out for food when she’s there and receive pets.

Racheline came to look after my cat Misty for a weekend recently. I really appreciated their detailed updates and photos during the visits, as I am very nervous about leaving my 13-year-old slightly sensitive furbaby for more than a night. I plan on calling upon Racheline's services when I am out of the country for ten days in two months' time. I know I will sleep soundly knowing that Racheline will be looking after Misty!

Racheline is my kitties and I favorite sitter! She take incredibly good care of my cat Oatly, she is always on time, feeds her, changes her litter, plays with her and send me lots of pictures and updates! 100% recommend!

Racheline is the best cat sitter of all time! The GOAT! We’ve been using Racheline’s services for a year and half now and each visit has been amazing. From the hilarious and detailed updates to the plethora of fantastic ‘proof of life’ photos… Racheline takes great care to ensure we know our kitty children are well taken care of in our absence. Additionally, Racheline takes great care to dispose of the litter, empty food cans and anything smelly - outside of our home so that there are no unpleasant odors upon our return. 10/10 would recommend Racheline to anyone who wants top notch care for their fur babies!
