Really appreciated Rachelines help this week! Despite our vacation being cancelled due to a broken leg, she still offered to help out and it made a world of a difference to have the extra care given to our kitties. One of my two cats is in the middle of a medical issue and requires medication and feeding twice a day. He's also VERY shy and always hides from strangers. Racheline was able to coax him out and give him his meds without any problems. Judging from the pictures she sent, he seemed calm and perfectly happy to hang with her. A minor miracle! I've been hesitant to travel even briefly, but I told Racheline I'm ready to book a trip! Highly recommend, 10/10, but wish I could keep her for myself.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. After a previous cat sitter broke our trust (not through Meowtel) we were hopeful after our initial meeting with Racheline that her awesome first impression would hold true while we were away for an out of town job. And she was indeed wonderful. Checked in for every visit with thorough updates. One of our two cats simply isn't trusting of new folks, but that didn't stop Racheline from doing what she could and always at least spotting for signs of life to put us at ease. Racheline has been taking care of my two kitties for 4 years and has always been a good friend to them. 2 weeks ago as I was preparing for a trip to Europe, Nostrand died suddenly. Hope and Nostrand were very close and immediately Hope displayed abject sadness. Nostrand's sudden passing was a heartbreaking shock for us. Racheline went above and beyond to soothe Hope in my absence. She stayed longer than required and helped him through some of his darkest hours when I could not be there. I want to extend my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and compassion she showed both of us. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for being such a wonderful friend to Hope and for the exceptional care she always provides.

Racheline is the absolute best of the best. We just rescued a fourth cat, which didn't faze her in the slightest --on the contrary, she couldn't wait to meet him. She is a total cat whisperer, extremely knowledgeable, and gets on famously with all feline personalities (humans too I daresay, I love our short hangouts). Our cats all adore her, rush to meet her at the door, snuggle, and play. Bonus: Racheline is a pro-grade cat photographer: her shots are so much better than mine; I keep them all.
