I have loved cats all my life, even my childhood cat was caught sleeping in my crib with me as a baby. I’ve had many cats come through my door as an adult. Most notably Willie and Teddy. Teddy was a senior boy living with CKD and had a SUB device placed back in 2018 at the Animal Medical Center in NYC after being rescued by Flatbush Cats. After many golden years post street life, Teddy crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023. Nos we have Russell and Huey. Russell is a large orange boy from the streets of DTLA, rescued by Stray Cat Alliance. Shortly after, we rescued a sweet blond boy living under a car in the Los Angeles summer heat. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
