Kelsey is a wonderful cat sitter and I would book her again. She is very detail oriented and takes notes on all relevant instruction. My cat got along with her great and she sent me lots of pictures and videos.

Kelsey was fantastic. She provided detailed daily updates with photos and videos - just what a nervous cat daddy needed. (It was my first time ever leaving the boys alone, and I was halfway around the world for 10 days!) She went above and beyond, too - she even cleaned up the litter that Buzz likes to fling all over the place.

I can always count on Kelsey to take excellent care of my little fur baby!! My cat clearly loves spending time with her and I appreciate her updates on how she’s doing while I’m away. My cat recently was diagnosed with some medical needs, and Kelsey did a great job managing them! I have such peace of mind while away ☺️

As a first time Meowtel User, the reservation process was seamless. I love that Meowtel thoroughly vets their catsitters which alleviated much anxiety. Kelsey, was an absolute pleasure at our Meet & Greet. She asked all kinds of questions (and took notes) relating to cat personality, eating habits, if there was any medical history, favorite toys, etc. Kelsey's daily updates were detailed and she provided several pictures and short videos as well. My cat, Handsome, who normally hides from strangers, really took to her which says a lot! I am thoroughly pleased with the Meowtel service and Kelsey!

When I came home he was extremely cuddly, more than usual, which is always a tell tale sign that a sitter payed extra care and attention. She was communicative and kind.
