Jess was a fantastic caretaker for my elderly cat. She took the time to drop by ahead of my trip to meet me and my cat, Macy, and I felt very much at ease knowing that she would be checking in on her while I was gone. She charmed Macy, who is normally very shy, out from under the bed for belly rubs and pets, and was purring away for her each visit. Jess is absolutely AMAZING! My cat is my only “kid” and I wouldn’t leave her with just anyone. I am super picky and overprotective of her. Most importantly, Jess and my cat, Chloe, warmed up to each other immediately during our Meet and Greet. I go by mostly Chloe’s reaction, but I had a great feeling about her as well. Jess is crazy attentive to all details I told her about dealing with Chloe and where everything can be found. Chloe trained Jess very quickly! Lol Jess and I kept in contact every day and she always sent pictures and videos which greatly helped my anxiety about leaving Chloe. I basically trusted Jess with the most important little furry friend in my life. Chloe continued to live the life of a princess while I was on vacation thanks to Jess!
