Aside from my natural connection to all animals, I have an affinity for cats. We share similar traits, mannerisms and character. I've cared for 2 cats while living with my family, and once I left, still maintained care for them whenever needed including a weekly visit. Oreo and Smokey are their names. Oreo was cared for 19 years until his recent passing, while smokey (a rescued street cat) is now 12. Neither were special needs cats until smokey developed diabetes, which we were able to reverse and keep in check! However, now, in my new living space, I own a special needs white Persian cat. Going on 3 years old in November 22, we took him in from owners claiming they could not care for him anymore, in February 22. And apparently he was passed around twice, making us his 3rd (and final) owners. His prior caregivers did not care for him properly and we had a lot of work ahead of us. He was all matted and in pain from it. His eyes were filthy and he could barely keep them open. Wasn't neutered affecting his health. He was miserable and I could feel it. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
