Iqra’s most valuable strength has to be her compassion and love. She is also very particular with the type of food she is feeding the cats as well (I have seen it first hand). Iqra is very open when it comes to issues or any type of situation when it comes to cats. She treats every cat like a baby and loves them unconditionally no matter if they’re her cat or a stray she’s trying to rescue. While babysitting my brother iqra she also cat sits my cat billi she also taught my brother how to gently pet billi so he doesn’t get mad cause my brother can pet a little hard sometimes without realizing. She has fed my cat exactly on schedule and my cat is domesticated but also loves to sleep in the backyard so iqra would automatically know when he would need to go out and come back in.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
