Lisa did a fabulous job, I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter! She was so caring and communicative -- she took great care of my cats and me as well! I'm a worrier when I'm away from my furry friends but she put my mind at ease by sending daily pictures and updates. She really knows cats too which was a huge plus since mine are a bit quirky. Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
