Alejandro was beyond wonderful. He took incredible care of our two kitties including some very involved bathing for a special needs senior. He played lovingly with them and cared for them as of they were his own family. Our younger cat even started showing his true "family side" to Alejandro, he built real trust with the boys. We came home to clean happy kitties and are incredibly thankful we found such a responsible and loving person to care for the "family" we weren't able to bring with us.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
