My favorite cat sitting reservations are with repeat clients because it gives me the chance to build a genuine relationship with their pets. Over time, I get to understand their unique personalities and preferences, which helps me provide even better care. It’s always such a joy when the cats recognize me and are happy to see me it’s a true sign of trust. These ongoing connections make my work deeply rewarding and remind me why I love what I do.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have a kitty named Poochie, he is a big boy who loves to eat and somehow always find a way to trip me.. even in my dreams! He’s a lovable goof who keeps me laughing and on my toes 😆

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

To ensure the safety and security of the cats and your home, I always follow company protocol by keeping cats inside at all times. I’m very careful when entering and leaving your home to make sure doors and windows stay closed and secure. I also watch for any signs of distress or issues with your cat and communicate with you right away if anything comes up. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities.

Yes! I’m usually available during holidays and understand how important it is to have reliable care when you’re away during those times. Just let me know your needs, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

When I was preparing to go on vacation for a week, I needed to find a new cat sitter to take care of Serine. Krystol did a fabulous job. Right away, at our meet and greet, my cat approached Krystol and displayed signs of affection and trust. Krystol has a kind, quiet demeanor and is very conscientious in the care she gives. While I was away, Krystol sent me daily updates including photos and videos, which I greatly appreciated. When I returned, everything was in order at home and Serine was her usual happy, relaxed self, which indicated to me that she was well taken care of. I will most certainly contact Krystol in the future if I need another cat sitter!

There were some last minute requests/changes to my cats feeding routine that weren’t ideal and didn’t make for a stress-free vacation. Krystol was good at communicating but Im not sure I would book her again if I’m looking for peace of mind while I’m away. I also wish she would have sent me pictures of her interacting with my cat rather than just pics of him eating.

Krystol was phenomenal with our 2 kittens for a holiday stay. Normally they are very shy, but they warmed up to her right away! She was prompt in arriving to feed them and sent us photos with every visit. She was also happy to adjust the lighting & temperature when we asked, as well as emptying the litter box which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely book Krystol again.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

New York cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
