When I was preparing to go on vacation for a week, I needed to find a new cat sitter to take care of Serine. Krystol did a fabulous job. Right away, at our meet and greet, my cat approached Krystol and displayed signs of affection and trust. Krystol has a kind, quiet demeanor and is very conscientious in the care she gives. While I was away, Krystol sent me daily updates including photos and videos, which I greatly appreciated. When I returned, everything was in order at home and Serine was her usual happy, relaxed self, which indicated to me that she was well taken care of. I will most certainly contact Krystol in the future if I need another cat sitter!

Krystol was phenomenal with our 2 kittens for a holiday stay. Normally they are very shy, but they warmed up to her right away! She was prompt in arriving to feed them and sent us photos with every visit. She was also happy to adjust the lighting & temperature when we asked, as well as emptying the litter box which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely book Krystol again.

I’ve had Krystol watch my very shy and extremely stranger danger kitty now multiple times for the past years and she’s done a great job. She always gives me photo updates and is very easy to reach. I have better vacations being at ease with her gentle attitude and care for my cat.

There were some last minute requests/changes to my cats feeding routine that weren’t ideal and didn’t make for a stress-free vacation. Krystol was good at communicating but Im not sure I would book her again if I’m looking for peace of mind while I’m away. I also wish she would have sent me pictures of her interacting with my cat rather than just pics of him eating.

Krystol was wonderful! She responded quickly and let me know how each visit went. My cats were in great hands for the holidays and I would definitely book with her again in the future.

Krystal took great care of Norman. I got images everyday, Norman's very shy so if she couldn't find him she would give me a pic of the full food bowl. Everything was cleaned and Norman looked happy and healthy when I got home!

Krystol was so so great with my cats!! Buster is always trying to eat Clayton’s food and Krystol went above and beyond to step in and make sure they both ate and had fresh clean water. The photos and videos were really appreciated as I was out of town missing my guys. Thank you so much, Krystol! :)
