This review is actually from my cats, they are both shy, but samurai is one of the most cowardly cat's you'd ever not meet since he's hiding under the bed... Hana is a true cat whisperer and had him walking around freely in a couple of days, which is a record achievement! Hana also braved one of the biggest snow blizzard in more than a decade to take care of my kitties. Full marks and then some!

Hana is the absolute best! She always makes us feel so comfortable leaving our babies when we’re out of town because we know they’re in the best hands. She makes sure they’re well fed, happy, and get plenty of playtime, and she always sends the cutest photo updates while she’s there. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re so well cared for. Highly recommend, she’s fabulous!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
