Most important information: we have one very shy kitty who hides when literally ANYONE comes in the apartment. When Amy walked in for the meet and greet, instead of hiding, he WALKED OVER TO SAY HI TO HER AND LET HER PET HIM. We were astonished. She is a serious cat whisperer. Amy is way better than even her stellar reviews suggest. We chose her based on her reviews and on her high percentage of repeat customers (we have already tried to re-book her as well). The tone of voice she uses to talk to our kitties in the videos she sends makes us SO HAPPY because it's how we talk to them. Her photos are wonderful and in her videos she shows what she's done and explains how it's all going. She is an incredible communicator and she is very conscientious about how she completes all of the kitty-related tasks. She also spends time playing with and talking to the kitties. We were extremely impressed and are grateful to have found her.

Can’t recommend Amy enough, would love to book with her again. She was cat sitting my asthmatic cat for a month, 2 visits a day. Gave fantastic visit updates with photos and videos; it brought me joy and relief to see them. Some highlights: - The automatic feeder charging broke (on its own, not her fault at all), but Amy did her best to fix it, even bringing it home to try. - Baileys sheds a lot, and its been a problem. I appreciated it when she recommended me a new brush for Baileys, which definitely works better. - When we ran out of wet food supplements, Amy added a bit of water to the wet food so that it’ll keep it moist enough for Baileys to eat throughout the day. It worked well.

Amy Lee is the best! She’s cared for our cats several times now, including our most recent five-night stretch, and each time we come home to two happy, carefree kitties. We love her detailed updates and cute videos of their antics, which give us so much peace of mind while we’re away. Plus their food area and litter box looks spotless when we return! It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such kind and reliable hands. We feel so lucky to have found Amy Lee!

Amy is the BEST! I was so nervous about leaving my cat since she’s anxious, but Amy charmed her right away! She was out and about ready for treats and pets every time Amy came by. Amy went above and beyond in taking care of our cats while we were away. She convinced our shy little guy to come out for pets on the first visit. She was also very detail oriented in taking care of their needs even cleaning the food holder in the sink each day and sending a picture of the cleaned litter box with each visit. She sent many videos on each visit and some of the most professional pictures we have of the cats now.

Amy takes the best care of my two cats. Every day I'm away I get new photos and videos of both cats, plus proof that she has given them food/water and cleaned the litter boxes. One of my cats is particularly shy and scared of strangers, but Amy makes the extra effort to give her attention and treats. It makes me feel at ease to know my cats are being well taken care of and that they aren't lonely. Amy Lee was AMAZING! I made a last minute reservation (my first time using the app) and she made the time for a Meet & Greet that was very thorough and put mine and my partner's minds at ease. The cats loved her immediately! When she came to take care of them, she took a bunch of photos and videos and wrote a hilarious blow-by-blow story of what was happening with them. It was great! I'm always a bit nervous when I have someone take care of my cats, but I plan to keep calling on Amy Lee in the future. Really a terrific experience.
