Audrey is great and Bear agrees. She doesn’t sit on everybody's lap. The communication and updates from Audrey are spot on and so helpful to nervous and guilty fur parents. We don’t worry as much about Bear when we travel now, knowing Audrey will be in. Bear used to hide from us when we returned from a trip to express her anger. With Audrey, Bear is just chilling, waiting and meowing at us when we walk back in, like we never left. She’s much less anxious and we have Audrey to thank for that.

Audrey is a cat whisperer. Our cat Bear is very shy and usually hides in the closet with anyone but us. Audrey lured her out of hiding during her first visit. Audrey was amazing! She’s a great cat sitter. Very caring and reliable! She took such great care of Ashley while we were away. Ashley is usually very shy with new people but immediately fell in love with Audrey and trusted her from the beginning. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
