This was the first time we’ve used a professional cat sitter for our cats. We chose Kyle for his excellent Meowtel reviews and the kindness and calm he embodies in his profile photo. Kyle responded to all of our communication promptly, clearly and professionally. He asked insightful questions about our cats’ dispositions, health needs and play preferences. While we were away, Kyle let us know when he arrived at our home and when he left. We always received information about how our cats ate, took their medicine and what they got up to when Kyle was there. He sent photos of our cats every visit, brought some yarn 🧶 for them to play with and even brought a heftier tool to brush their thick fur. Our cats are friendly and inquisitive, but usually take their time getting comfortable with someone new. Kyle came to visit us prior to our vacation to meet our 14 year-old twin brothers. Both cats went to him immediately! Kyle is a natural cat whisperer. His kindness and calm energy was exactly what our Cats needed to thrive while we were away. We did not worry about our boys on our trip-because Kyle was timely and professional in his communication and provided exceptional care for our senior cats and Home. As I began writing thi , I said aloud to my husband, “Ok, so, five stars…” and he said, “No. FIVE HUNDRED stars.” Kyle just inspires that kind of devotion. Usually, when we return from a week or more away, our cat is semi-feral and incandescent with rage at us, taking hours or even a day or more to get comfortable with us again. This time, she trotted right out, vocal and affectionate. She’s not an easy cat to get to know, but Kyle worked so hard to make inroads with her, and it showed in her demeanor right away. And he shared his progress as we were gone, letting us know how they were getting along (in addition to detailed reports on everything, including her litter activity). Kyle is uncommonly devoted to his work as a sitter, but more importantly, he just loves cats. It’s clear that he’s curious and insightful, willing to go far to uncover the reasons behind certain behaviors and help troubleshoot. He even shared treats with her and brought her a pack of the ones she liked. We’ve never had an experience this positive and hope we never have to work with a non-Kyle sitter again. He’s just the best.

Kyle is an incredible cat sitter and I’m so grateful I hired him to take care of my two cats while I was away. What was obvious right off the bat about Kyle is that he truly and genuinely loves cats. He was so inquisitive about my two cats and was curious about their health issues and why they had them. He picked up on each of their personalities and habits during the week that he was cat sitting, which made me feel like they were in incredible hands. Kyle went so far as to pick up some extra food for my cats because I accidentally didn’t leave enough wet food AND bought them extra toys that he left for them to play with. I really could not ask for a better cat sitter. He was extremely communicative during every visit, did everything I requested each visit and even more (vacuuming up litter, etc). He went above and beyond in every single way. So grateful I can rely on Kyle as a cat sitter!

He took wonderful care of my senior cat, kept up with his supplements, sent updates and photos, and he even bought him a new toy! Not to mention he also kept the floors clean and litter free! Mom’s cat is very shy. Took almost 5 years for Clancy to warm up to me. Kyle was playing with Clancy within 3 days. He even got him a toy. Kyle also sent pictures and text updates daily letting me know how Clancy was doing. Kyle is reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I’m happy with the service he provided.

Kyle was a fantastic cat sitter. I have two senior cats who really thrive with a routine including twice-daily medication, treats and wet food. Kyle was able to administer medication no problem and he gave me detailed updates twice a day. It was such a relief to know the cats were being loved and cared for while I was out of town. In addition to cat care, he swept up and took out the garbage on his way out. Totally above and beyond! I’d absolutely hire Kyle again.

Kyle took great care of my girl who needed to be given medication orally (without churu or pill pocket). Kyle successfully gave her her meds and I came home to a happy girl! Even though I was only gone for two days it gave me such peace of mind to get the photos and updates of my girl!

This is actually the first time I've ever used this service; it's the first time I've had a stranger come over and take care of my cats. There have been many times I put off this service because of my skepticism but I'm glad I tried it out. Kyle is fantastic! This is the second time hiring him and he caught an issue with the water fountain my cat loves that I wouldn't have caught if he didn't see it, and immediately communicated the concern so I can make sure it doesn't happen again once I got back. Kyle has such a calm aura and my very shy, very timid cat comes out from hiding and allows Kyle to pet him. Clancy does not do that for just anybody. If your pet responds well to somebody, you know they are a good person and that sums up Kyle! I highly recommend Kyle to take care of your cat while you are away. You can use your time away and rest your head at night, knowing that your cat is being well taken care of..
