Shannon is the cat sitter you are looking for especially if you have a cat who takes meds! It was clear from the meet/greet that she takes her cat sitting responsibilities seriously and that she was quite experienced with cats with medical needs based on her questions. She is very communicative, able to manage multiple cat medications and thoughtful. We received daily videos, photos and updates about how our cat was doing, including any signs of his IBS, what he was eating/drinking, and litter box use. She made sure to empty the litter genie and left our kitchen in tip top shape after staying over for 6 nights. I would recommend her highly.

We had a wonderful experience with Shannon and highly recommend her services. This was our first time working with her, so we were not entirely sure what to expect, but she immediately put us at ease. During our initial meeting, Shannon was warm, friendly, and personable. The way she interacted with our cats reassured us that she is genuinely comfortable with animals and cares about their well-being. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, learn about each cat’s personality and routine, and fully understand their individual needs. While we were away, Shannon kept us well informed with detailed updates, plenty of photos, and even videos of our cats interacting with her. Her updates included important information about their eating habits, litter-box use, and general behavior. Receiving these updates gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying about how our cats were doing. When we returned home, our cats were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Their litter boxes were clean, and the used food cans and other waste had been properly disposed of. Everything was left neat and orderly. We are extremely pleased with the care Shannon provided and will definitely be contacting her again the next time we go on vacation. It is a great comfort knowing that our cats are in such kind, attentive, and dependable hands.

I highly recommend Shannon! I have five cats and a rabbit, so have a lot going on in the household and Shannon was a pro at managing it all. At our meet and greet with the pets, it was immediately clear that Shannon is very thoughtful, observant, and caring with her animal interactions. She truly had an individualized approach to each animal, adjusting the level of space or interaction that each animal was seeming to seek. Shannon sent great pics, videos, and updates throughout the visits. Some of my cats tend to be shy, but I could see that they were all very comfortable with her and happy about her company. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Shannon was amazing! She took great care of my two shy cats, including administering an inhaler twice a day. She kept my apartment clean (went above and beyond washing dishes and taking out garbage). She was very communicative, which I really really appreciate as someone who gets anxious leaving my cats. Shannon was a dream sitter! She communicated extremely thoroughly and was prompt, pleasant, personable, and professional, including for a semi-last minute booking request and meet and greet during a snow storm! All of her thoughtfulness, cat-care experience, attention to detail, and TLC made me feel so assured my skittish senior cat was well taken care of during a stressful time for her while I was away. I really appreciated Shannon going above and beyond with unprompted extra little touches and minding the notes we’d discussed like playing soothing music for Buns when she seemed anxious. She sent lots of photos and videos, showing how Buns was feeling as well as respecting her boundaries—even when successfully luring her out for socializing and a few pets! Shannon handled a bit of kitty upset stomach like a pro, and even washed Buns’ wet food dishes, which hadn’t been an expectation we’d discussed. She was very respectful of Buns’ personal space, as well as my home. I will definitely be requesting Shannon’s services next time I’m away! She was wonderful to work with and gave me peace of mind while on vacation away from my sweet cat. Truly a great experience :)

Shannon was amazing. She showed up during the times we had set for cat sitting and was super reliable. She sent us pictures every visit and let us know if the cats ate everything or didn’t, which I really appreciated. She also played with them and made sure they were good. At one point the litter was starting to smell a little and she just changed the bag on her own without us even asking, which honestly meant a lot. It showed she actually cares and pays attention. She’s really easy and pleasant to communicate with and we’ll definitely be using her again for our next vacation.

I still cannot belive we were lucky enough to meet Shannon and hope to have her in our lives for a long time to come. What started as a reservation for a couple days turned into weeks, then months and now she comes every day I have to work (14 hours away is a long time and the reassurance she gives me is worth millions times more than the service actually costs). She sends me photos and videos of my kitties happily playing and dancing with her and they run to the door when she arrives. She's given pills and powders and eye ointments. She feeds them, scoops litter, tidies up, cuddles and plays; and I have no idea how she fits it all in less than 30 minutes. She is amazing and so easy going and sweet and flexible and just an incredible person and a fantastic and skilled cat-sitter. She has kept my kitties fed, medicated and happy: they are a whole lot less lonely (needy) when I come home after a long day away. Almost want to gate keep her to ensure she has time for us but she is too good not to heap buckets and buckets of praise.

Shannon was reliable, communicative and put me completely at easy while I was traveling. She went above and beyond with her check ins. I received pic/videos of my cat getting brushed, cuddles, playing, as well as food/drink refills! Upon my return I noticed the mail left at the door was brought in, all the garbage was taken out and the area around the litter box was sweeped/tidied up(which was not something I specified to do but v appreciated!) Great experience!

Shannon was nothing short of an outstanding catsitter for our 3 girls. She was communicative, on time and beloved by the kitties she was caring for. Shannon truly could not have been better! I am a textbook crazy cat lady with two very needy cats that have a multi step routine morning and night that includes medications for both of them. One is super high energy and the other is geriatric with a heart condition. For the last year because of my senior cat’s health I have been too anxious to travel and leave them for more than 2-3 days and always within a distance that I could be back within a couple of hours. After talking with Shannon and having her meet the cats it was clear she would be able to provide the kind of care I was looking for and I knew she’d take as good of (if not even better!) care of my babies than I did. I was still anxious being out of the country for a week but her regular updates reassured me everything was okay. She was also extremely thoughtful in tidying up the apartment when she left.
