Ruth Anne was wonderful! This was the first time we didn't go through someone we already knew to care for our cats and I have to say it was an incredible experience. Our cats are very nervous around new people but they quickly warmed up to her. She kept us updated on how each visit was going with so much detail and included photos and videos. Our boy Charlie clearly fell in love with her right away and one of our girls who always hides and never lets new people come near her came out on the first day and let Ruth Anne pet her! One of our cats needs multiple medications including SubQ fluids and everything was handled smoothly. We are so grateful for the care she gave our cats and her attention to detail. Our cats clearly felt safe and well cared for. I feel lucky to have found Ruth Anne and we will definitely be working with her again.

Nanaimo had a great time (again) with Ruth Anne! I could tell our kitty missed his friend when we returned from our trip. Ruth Anne made sure Nanaimo was in tip top shape and even noticed small changes in him, like an extra itchy ear (which we got checked out at the vet when we were back)! She even brought him an extra snack when he ran out of his favorite Churus. Ruth Anne is the best at what she does - keeping kitties healthy, happy, and safe!

This was the third time that Ruth Anne has taken care of our Nanaimo while we’ve been away, and it was the longest trip we’ve taken so we were a little nervous being separated! But we had absolutely nothing to worry about because as usual, Ruth Anne was our kitty’s best friend for two weeks. She sent lots and lots of photos, videos, and updates on his health and temperament, it felt like we were there with them! They had such a good time playing together and invented new games like real besties. My kitty is so lucky to have Ruth Anne looking after him and keeping him healthy and safe! Ruth Anne is an incredible cat sitter - the best, really - and has become my kitty’s best friend on our first trip away from him. Despite my kitty’s separation anxiety and poop issues, Ruth Anne helped him take all of his medication without issue and encouraged him to play and have fun! It was clear that Ruth Anne has a special touch with cats - I could see through the many many photos she sent that he had fallen in love with her. She really went above and beyond - each update was so rich with detail, even going as far as to describe his condition (with poop pics!), his mood, and what toys they played with that day! It was such a relief to know that she would be there to care for him, and it really helped ease our minds and allowed us to enjoy our time away. She went above and beyond each day, and even made sure everything was clean and taken care of upon our return (she took out the garbage and refreshed our litter genie! An angel!). I will definitely seek Ruth Anne out the next time we need a sitter - if you’re looking for a kind, patient, detail-oriented cat whisperer sitter, look no further, seriously!

I had never used an app like Meowtel before to find a sitter and was a bit nervous but Ruth Anne made the whole experience great and put me at ease. During the visits she sent many photos and asked all the right questions of details I hadn’t thought to write down or were confusing. She was also great in keeping me up to date on the timing of when she would arrive. And most importantly, she followed my cats long medication schedule to a T. I also very much appreciate how understanding and flexible Ruth Anne was when I had a medical situation arrive with my cat 2 days before our reservation that caused me to need to change up my dates last minute. I’m very glad I have Ruth Anne booked already for a future visit as I’m looking forward to working with her again.

Ruth Anne took great care of our cats, with lots of pictures and detailed notes every day. We almost felt like we were having little daily visits with our cats when she was there. Our cats can be shy with strangers, but one of them came right up to her the first day, and both cats seemed very comfortable with her after a couple of days. She also came at a consistent time each day and let us known when she was on her way over, which was nice so we knew when to expect updates. We'll definitely book her again for our next trip!

We could not be happier with Ruth Anne’s care of our 1 year old cat while we were away on an extended trip. Ruth Anne was an excellent communicator- updating us about when she would be visiting, how the visits went and sending us the absolute best videos and pictures after each and every visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease while away from our boy. Everything from litter box care, food/water bowl cleaning, taking out garbage, bringing in packages, giving him treats, etc. We could tell our cat was so excited for each visit. Being away from your pet can be stressful and Ruth Anne really took the stress completely out of the equation for us which is truly priceless. I had Ruth Anne check on my two cats (one of which is a kidney cat) over the weekend. Ruth Anne was great with updates, and even better with my kitties. She was very patient with my shy kitty and my kidney kitty. She followed all my instructions amazingly and administered fluids and medication like a pro.
