Dayana is a phenomenal cat-sitter. She is extremely detail-oriented and took pictures of their food, water, litter box, and of course our kitties, every time she came over. She gave us in-depth, comprehensive updates and it made me feel so much better knowing our cats were well cared for. Our shy cat eventually warmed up to her and I think that's a testament to how warm and caring she was to our pets. I could not recommend her enough!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
