Emily not only got Maddie to come out, but also to play and to figure out a tricky treat puzzle that she wouldn't engage in with us. "Lydia took amazing care of our kittos! She let us know how they were doing each day and sent several pictures that were absolutely adorable. Kal and Rax both looked very comfortable with her while we were gone and they took to her immediately (even our shy guy Kal) during the meet and greet. It was a relief knowing they were in great hands while we were on vacation. We'll be booking again for future travel!"
