When caring for your cat, their routine comes first: meals on time, fresh water, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime or cuddles (whichever they prefer). I’m especially patient with shy or cautious cats and always let them set the pace while we get to know each other. I also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is safe and happy.
I’m comfortable caring for multiple cats, senior cats, and cats who need simple medications. If you have more than one pet, please be sure to add each cat to your booking so the correct care time and pricing are reflected.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been cat sitting and providing drop-in visits for the past 10+ years. It’s allowed to to meet amazing furry friends and humans, and travel around the country. What better way to spend time than to cuddle with a sweet kitty? Over the years I have provided excellent care through many different scenarios: cats with health concerns, senior cats with mobility issues, and…TABBIES! My focus is maintaining the kitties’ routine and letting them come to me (which they always do). Cat-lovers are the best people to work with!
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I’m usually available to sit during holidays! My family is local so I don’t have travel plans. Spots fill up quickly during the winter months though, so I ask cat parents to allow plenty of advance notice.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Many people try to interact with cats the same way they would with dogs: chasing them, speaking in a high-pitched voice, trying to pat them right away. For an anxious kitty, that’s the best way to make them disappear! Strangely enough, cats love me because when I first enter their home, I pretty much “ignore” them and go on about my business. I never force affection. Instead, I attend to their food and litter on-schedule and quietly continue with my day, secretly checking on them periodically. Once the trust is built at mealtime, eventually they start to seek me out. After a day or so, they show me their bellies, slow-blink and let me shower them with pats and cuddles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Cincinnati cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
