I grew up with cats and have owned one most of my life. On April 8th, 2023, we adopted a rescue kitten and named her Roxy. She is a cute, lively and feisty little lady who keeps us entertained and on our toes! She has brought us a lot of joy, and we are so grateful for her! Three months later, we adopted Barnabas for Roxy as playmate. The two have been inseparable from day one!! We are so grateful!!! My two years of volunteer time at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton have given me many valuable ideas in how to treat all the different needs and personality types of cats. During this time I also gained experience in applying topical medications, including flea preventative properly, as well as instilling eye- and ear drops. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
