"Ella was absolutely fantastic. I have two shy kitties - the less shy one took to her immediately and the more shy one did eventually come out for her which he’s not done with any other sitter. Ella was flexible with some last minute changes we had to make and kept us up to date with how the cats were doing. Will absolutely rebook with her!"
