My name is Chelsea and I am a fellow cat parent! I have had cats since I was a small child. For me they are the #1 pet! My two cats are PepperJack and Minerva, whom were rescued as strays off the streets.

I have years of looking after my neighbors’ cats and cats whom belong to my parents’ friends since I was a teenager. I am happy to do visits as a daily drop i... I have years of looking after my neighbors’ cats and cats whom belong to my parents’ friends since I was a teenager. I am happy to do visits as a daily drop in or multiple per day if requested. I also have experience with giving cats oral medication (pills). I prefer to visit my kitty client(s) before the job starts so they can become familiar with me and I can be familiar with their routine.

Playtime is also something I love to engage im, again, at kitty’s discretion. I am always open for questions if they come up

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Frankly I love spending time with cats in general. From feeding to playtime. Or if the kitty isn’t one for play, just sitting in each other’s presence and petting them is enough for me.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

PepperJack is my male black cat. I don’t know his age since I took him in as a stray but know he is an adult. Minerva Willow is my second kitty. She is a grey stripped cat I took in as a stray also, but she was born from my neighborhood colony. I believe she is a year old at this point in time.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

My process is that I would like to meet face to face to discuss their cat’s routine and establish my responsibilities for providing care. I am fine with communicating through text or phone first if they don’t want to meet me at the home right away. I only desire to do whatever my customers want of me. And of course I am eager to meet my cat client too and get them comfortable with me.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
