I had to make an unexpected trip out of state. Despite the extremely short notice, Crystal was able to work my kitty into her schedule. She took the time to meet my cat, learn her needs, and followed the instructions to the letter. I will definitely use Crystal again.

First and foremost, Crystal is an amazing cat sitter! I’m a first time pet owner who had never used a pet/cat sitter before and was a bit nervous. I contacted Crystal and the rest was history! Crystal was super great with my cats who are usually a bit shy around new people. She sent some good pictures of my babies which helped put my mind at ease while I was away. She’s super quick to respond and I loved getting my daily updates on my fur babies. I totally recommend Crystal for anyone looking for an amazing cat sitter! I definitely plan to book her again!!

The reservation went Purfect we always have difficultly finding friends to give our cat his medication every 12 hours Crystal was a blessing we were able to leave and enjoy our time away worry free.

everything went absolutely perfect. Crystal is so kind and sweet and my cat's absolutely adored her! my Savannah is my guardian. his very protective of me and my house / his territory. He doesn't get along well with many other people and he has to see that I approve of this person. He got along fantastically with crystal! She just has this aura about her that is so gentle and calming. in all the years past my mother has been the only other one to take care of my cats when I was gone so I really had a tough time learning how to trust somebody to cat sit for my cats now that she is gone. I had a lot of nervousness and concerns and nagging going on in the back of my head, things she used to tell me about trustworthiness of other people outside the family that I knew were not true but my only experience was with my mother caring for my cat so there you go. she was very prompt and detailed in her photos and her messages and put my worried mind at ease. she followed on my details and sometimes confusing directions one of my cats has a sort of special diet he needs to follow, another one of my cats is almost 21 years old and has Pica so there are certain things you have to be careful of around her, while my third cat is a breed that does not like to be left without human company long and has never been without me there longer than 2 days straight. Crystal was comforting and assuring and she followed through on directions very well. Not only that but when I returned all my cats were healthy and happy and very calm. my mother never did much to take care of them except what was necessary so when I returned home the cats would look a bit nervous and would look like they weren't the calmest that they could be and would be clinging all over me like they're afraid for me to leave again. she is also very respectful in the home. she will not do or touch anything that you do not want touched or something done too. not only were the cats wonderful and calm and healthy and happy when I returned but my house was as well. I can't sing her praises enough. she is definitely going to be my cat sitter from here on out as long as she has availability! when it comes to Complete Care for Animals while animal sitting, this girl really knows her stuff. Gentle, professional, experienced, kind, and respectful!

Crystal was fantastic! I always get nervous going out of town for long periods, especially with 2 of my 3 cats on medications. Crystal was extremely easy to work with and made the process so easy. My cats loved her and I wasn't worried about them at all. Crystal also offered to bring in packages and help with a falling tree limb--definitely things that were outside of her job. Crystal was great. I really appreciate how she sends pictures and videos for every visit. I've had cat sitters not do that, which makes me worry that they didn't complete all their visits. In the videos she sent I could see she was being interactive with my cats. I was gone for 4 days so it was nice to see the kitties get some love!

Loved Crystal when she first came over for the meet and greet. Smudgie liked her. They got along well. Crystal seemed to fit in with our family. She was very attentive to my baby girl. She understood what needed to be done. She had a couple of questions and didn't hesitate to ask. She kept us informed on a daily basis and sent pictures. I would hire her again .

Crystal is always so amazing with my cats and they absolutely adore her to death! She takes such good care of them and is such a sweetheart. I even have one that's my guardian and he's such a big tough guy as long as he is in his realm that he hardly lets anybody else look at him let alone touch him and yet he's a big sop for Crystal. which is exactly what I want to see.

This is the third time I have used her services and she watched my cats for 2 weeks while I was in Peru. In her care I did not have to be concerned or worried one bit about my fur babies. I could totally enjoy my trip with my sister and rest assured my cats were getting the best care possible and not only that but we're getting plenty of loving playtime and I did not have to be concerned at all about whether my cats were upset or mad or depressed or missing me. I mean I know they were missing me but Crystal is really the next best thing to me staying home with them. I seriously think that. I came back and they were healthy and happy and looking forward to see me. they were not one bit anxious or depressed or looking ill in any way whatsoever. one of my cats is even a 21 year old and even she looked as spry and happy and content as can be after being in Crystal's care for 2 weeks. with my oldest cat now being 21 years old anytime I'm away from the home more than a couple of hours I get super concerned about her, just because of her age. I did not have to be with her under Crystal's care.

Crystal was great! Responsive and sent cute photo and video updates. She connected really well with Zazie and I could tell she was in great hands. I would definitely love to have Crystal care for Zazie again!
