This was our first time using a cat sitting platform and someone we didn't know to check in on our cats while away. Katya was very responsive to our last minute request. One of our cats who had been very shy came out immediately to her during the meet and greet which helped ease our stress. She sent us updates with photos each time she came. She was also understanding and helpful when our plans unexpectedly changed.

I hired Katya after my long time cat sitter retired and was nervous to leave the kitties with someone new, but it turned out I had no reason to be. Katya was great and quickly picked up on my kitties’ personalities, communicated well, was very responsive, sent photos every day, and even watered my plants. Most importantly, my cats were still fat and happy when I got home. ❤️
