Amazing cat sitter! She picked up my request last minute and updated me everyday which helped calm my anxiety about leaving my old man over the holidays.

I booked Rhianna for 2x daily visits for a week for my fur baby, Momo. One of my biggest worries was Momo’s reaction to whichever pet sitter I chose. Previously, with other sitters, Momo would always hide and would never finish her food. This time, however, she’s also in a new city (we both moved to the area recently), so I kind of expected it to be worse. It was surprising, then, that Momo didn’t do that at all with Rhianna! She even made efforts to greet her by the door. Communicating with Rhianna was also quick and easy. There were a few times when I had to ask her for something, and Rhianna always replied back within just a few minutes! I would love to book Rhianna again and would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for a cat sitter.

Rhianna was great! She kept us updated daily with pictures & written updates, she was easy to contact, and was incredibly reliable. We were so nervous to leave our kitties because we just moved to the area, but they were in great hands :)

Our usual cat sitter fell through a day before our trip and we were frantic to find a new sitter. Rhianna took our request with only a day notice and also came over for a meet and greet the same day. She did great with our two cats and sent pictures during each visit. I typically get a lot of anxiety when going on trips because I worry for our cats but Rhianna really put me at ease. We'll definitely be using her services in the future.

My reservation was great! My regular sitter was unavailable on short notice, but Rhianna did a fine job. She took care of all the basics, of course, and also handled some difficulty getting into my apartment the first day. I got daily updates with some cute photos and videos. She also looked for and brought in a couple of packages for me, and opened windows to air out the apartment during a heatwave. After 6 days away, I came home to a kitty happy to see me, clean litterboxes, the apartment just as I'd left it, and a polite thank you note from my sitter. Well done, Rhianna and Meowtel!

This was my first time using Meowtel and I got lucky and got Rhianna! She was everything you want in a pet sitter: prompt, polite, responsible and also very nice and personable! My 2 kitties are indoor/outdoor cats and they can be aloof. Even my quintessential antisocial feline bonded with her! Im scheduling Rhianna for two more trips this summer. She is a gem.
