Carmen was amazing with my diabetic cat. She gave his insulin shots right on schedule, kept me updated with daily photos, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. I came home to a happy, relaxed kitty! It’s such a relief to find someone so caring and reliable. I’ll definitely book again!

Carmen was amazing! Very caring and responsible, my cats loved her, which is difficult to achieve! She also was so wonderful when my power went out while I was away, and she could not get into my home because the garage door and front door code weren’t working. She waited hours for a locksmith (who didn’t show) the first day, and went back the next day to meet him. The kitties were just fine thanks to Carmen. Could not recommend more. Thank you, Carmen!

Carmen takes excellent care of our 2 kitties. They were rescues that we adopted at 5 months old and they had a rough start in life. At 8 months old they can still be skittish and nervous. But Carmen has a wonderful way with them. From the updates and photos she sends us we can tell she really engages with them. She's already taken care of them 3 times. We've booked her in the future. She's our permanent cat sitter.

Carmen was so great taking care of our 2 cats while we were away for 2 weeks. We booked Carmen to visit our cats twice a day (in the morning & evening). One of our cats is a senior cat who needs takes medication applied to the inside of the ear as well as vitamin K in her wet food in the mornings, and Carmen handled the medication & separate cat food needs with no problems. In addition, Carmen played with our cats (with our cat toys as well as a laser toy she had), scooped the cat litter, and ensured our cats' water & dry food were always full (and water fresh). Also, Carmen played CatTV videos on YouTube on our TVs for our cats with a timer so thrle TV would turj off automatically after a set time (CatTV has videos of birds & such for cats to watch). Carmen also communicated with us after each of her visits (via the Meowtel app & with WhatsApp) while were away, sharing how each visit went In addition, toward the last day, Carmen said she cleaned our cat water fountains & replaced their filters (we have a box of filters for the fountains). Carmen also offered to buy more of the tubes of push-out cat treats when we were getting low (I went ahead and ordered more on Amazon, which arrived later that day). Carmen did a great job, and we would definitely recommend her!

Carmen has been exceptional with our kitties, from sending timely and amazing daily updates, making sure Izzy got her meds, to playing with them and letting us know they love their Cat TV time! It shows that she genuinely loves cats/animals and we couldn't be happier!

My fur baby is 17 and has been having a lot of elderly health issues so I was super anxious to leave her for a work trip. Carmen alleviated so much of that anxiety by being incredibly kind, understanding, communicative, thorough, and thoughtful! She was perfectly detailed with all of the extra medical care and sent extensive updates with pictures. I came home to my place perfectly clean and could tell my girl was given lots of genuine love and care. It means the world to have found someone I can trust!

My cats’ eccentricities baffle me but Carmen is a cat whisperer. We have a 16 year old shy void with kidney problems, a 9 year old we live in fear of, and a kitten that terrorizes our 9yro. Carmen charmed our shy void within seconds, won over the girls, and asked all the right questions during our meet and greet. During the visit, Carmen showed great attention to detail, care for our home, and love for our kittens. On top of everything, she clued us into some great tricks for feeding the mighty void cat. Carmen is the perfect home and kitty sitter.

I can't say enough about how well Carmen cared for our Mochi. Her updates were thorough and timely, and she always accompanied them with adorable photos. Mochi is typically shy, but Carmen was able to get her to come out of her shell and engage in play, which was both surprising and heart-warming. I can tell from her communication that she genuinely cares for the animals and understands how important her role is in caring for them. We will use Carmen again!

Carmen was an amazing sitter over our extended vacation - providing detailed updates with cute photos, going above and beyond to report and clean up after messes, taking time/care to play with each of our cats in their favorite ways and staging enriching activities (like stashing toys and putting nature videos on our TV). Great experience. Care and updates were above and beyond. I felt so comfortable knowing that my cats were getting what they needed while we were gone. Communication was thorough and prompt, and this allowed for troubleshooting in a timely manner. One of my cats can be a turd but Carmen still took just as much time giving him love and enrichment as she did for my more “agreeable” cat. Carmen was warm and friendly and I felt comfortable from the moment I met her. I cannot recommend her and Meowtel enough!

I had never left my spicy girl alone for more than 2 days and never had any one else visit her that she hadn't already known. Leaving her for 5 days made her extra extra spicy but Carmen was kind and patient. Carmen sent pictures and videos of Wendy having fun and detailed information each visit. I did not worry about her being taken care of or feeling alone because of the great care!

Carmen was so good with the kitties! She played with them lots, sent lots of great photos, and cleaned our 6 litterboxes more often than she had to. We came home to happy healthy cats and everything in good order. Thanks Carmen!

Carmen is a very attentive pet sitter, always open to communicate and detailed. She made me feel like my pets were a priority. She would always check in first thing and send pictures or videos of my cats to assure me they were doing good.
