Kaitlen does a wonderful job with our two boys Sam and Jack. They can be a little tricky at meal times because they each have different eating habits and Jack will try to steal Sam’s food. She always watches over them and each boy gets what they need. They also love playtime with Kaitlen and we always look forward to getting pictures of them.

Kaitlin is phenomenal. We've had her take care of our kitties during a couple trips now, and it's completely changed the experience of leaving home. Kaitlin shares photo updates with each visit - which are a daily highlight when we're away. She also handles things like meds and even feeding an axolotl we have without issue. It's such a relief knowing our girls are in good hands - would highly recommend!

Kaitlen was very timely with all the visits and took excellent care of our elderly kitty. She provided us updates and photos after each visit. She ensured that our old man received all the medication he needed at regular intervals. We had a great experience and I am sure kitty enjoyed hanging out in his own space with personalized in-home care more than his typical boarding facility stay. 👍

FFC is much happier at home with Kaitlen’s attentive care instead of a boarding facility. Kaitlen ensures that my 19 year old cat gets all his meds and make sure he eats and is comfortable. She provides timely updates and photos that helps my anxiety about having to leave him.
