I am cat person who LOVES to play and give them all the attention. Cats are one my favorite subjects to photograph since they are always so cute and expressive. Anahi was wonderful with my kitty! My kitty is 12 years old and has chronic nasal secretions, which any pet insurance regardless of how wonderful it is will not cover or pay for, and I refuse to pay money I don't have on experimental (imho) and exorbitantly priced treatment. Anyway, my kitty and I have developed a routine to gently clean her nose so it doesn't bleed and isn't painful, which I reviewed with Anahi. Anahi also sent daily videos and pictures of my kitty, so I know she (kitty, Buffie) was well cared for, and Anahi also played with her with some rainbow-colored string toys and the laser light, sending pics of both. I can't praise Anahi enough for her attention to detail, and she really went above and beyond. Will definitely use her services again!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
